Foot Management, Inc.

Foot Management, Inc. is a custom orthotics laboratory in Pittsville, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore between Salisbury and Berlin. It makes custom foot orthoses and insoles and sells over-the-counter foot care products.

The lab combines traditional handcrafting with digital imaging and CAD/CAM milling. Its product line includes the Tenderfoot orthotic in soft, medium and firm versions, the Ortho-Arch II and the Lo-Pro. The company keeps customer casts on file for five years so remakes can be produced without starting over.

At the 2026 E-Volution Expo in Ocean City, Foot Management (appearing as Foot MGMT Inc.) was fitting custom insoles for visitors in the health and wellness section of the convention floor.
