Greater Ocean City, Maryland Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Ocean City, Maryland Chamber of Commerce, known locally as the OCMD Chamber, is the business membership organization for Ocean City and the surrounding resort area. It is based at the Eunice Q. Sorin Visitor & Conference Center on Ocean Gateway (Route 50) in West Ocean City, where it also runs a visitor center for people arriving in town.

The Chamber describes its mission as enhancing the economic growth of the region by providing leadership, inspiration, education and development opportunities to support and promote all segments of the tourism and business community. It reports more than 700 member businesses, from hotels and restaurants to trades, retailers and professional services, and it organizes networking events, business programs and community events through the year.

The Chamber was one of the partners of E-Volution Expo 2026, the two-day electric vehicle, technology and wellness show held at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in September 2026, and appeared on the expo’s sponsor wall alongside the Town of Ocean City and other local and regional supporters.
