Cloud Yachts is a Florida-based yacht brokerage that made its name as a technology-first firm, billing itself as the world’s first AI-powered, Web3 yacht brokerage.

Founded in 2021, Cloud Yachts used AI tools, blockchain smart contracts, ChatGPT and NFTs in the marketing, selling and closing of yachts. It drew coverage in Forbes, Robb Report, Boat International and Yachting for launching what it called the first tokenised superyacht. According to United Yacht Sales, Cloud Yachts completed more than 700 smart contracts between 2022 and 2023, tied to more than $26 million in sales volume.

In March 2024, Cloud Yachts joined United Yacht Sales, bringing 13 South Florida-based brokers and more than 30 yachts for sale into United’s network; it was led at the time by founder and CEO Zach Mandelstein. Today the Cloud Yachts website presents it as a boutique brokerage led by Eddy Denison, offering yacht sales and purchase, custom yacht design and superyacht commissioning.
