OceanWorld Group

OceanWorld Group is a yachting group based in the United Arab Emirates that operates across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Its CEO is Lydia Pascarelli. The group describes itself as a marine network covering yacht sales and distribution, brokerage, management, maintenance and crew services.

Its operating companies include Sunseeker Gulf, the official Sunseeker distributor for the region, based at Marsa Al Arab in Dubai; the Galeon Yachts and Pearl Yachts distributorships; Eastwind Gulf for brokerage, charter and management; Eastwind Crew; Clean Seas Yacht Care; and YACHTBEACH Gulf. In May 2026 OceanWorld joined the shareholder structure of Italian builder Wider Yachts through a capital increase, after the two companies had already worked together on the Ocean47 model shown at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show.

On September 9, 2026, OneWater Marine announced a definitive agreement under which OceanWorld Group will acquire a majority ownership interest in Fort Lauderdale-based Denison Yachting, with OneWater staying invested. The companies say the deal creates a platform spanning the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and it is expected to close before the end of 2026. “Denison is an exceptional brand with a remarkable history,” Pascarelli said of the deal.
