CONTEXT Art Miami

CONTEXT Art Miami is a contemporary art fair held each December during Miami Art Week at One Herald Plaza on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami. It is the sister fair to Art Miami and is produced by the same team at Informa Markets Art.

Established in 2012, CONTEXT is dedicated to emerging and mid-career artists. Where Art Miami concentrates on established 20th- and 21st-century work, CONTEXT gives galleries room for newer names, mid-career presentations and curatorial projects, and aims to encourage dialogue among artists, galleries and collectors. Because both fairs share the waterfront site, visitors can see them together in one trip across the bay from Miami Beach.

The 2026 edition is CONTEXT’s 14th. It opens with a VIP preview on Tuesday, December 1 and runs alongside Art Miami through Sunday, December 6. Julian Navarro is Senior Director of CONTEXT Art Miami.
