E-Volution Expo
E-Volution Expo is an innovation and lifestyle show held at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland. It brings electric vehicles, AI and robotics, health and wellness, sustainability and home technology together on one convention floor, under the tagline “Experience the Future.”
The 2026 edition ran Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, the weekend after TEDx Butterfish Cove, Ocean City’s first TEDx, filled the convention center’s Performing Arts Center next door. The expo is organized by LifeMed Institute, which also ran one of the busiest booths on the floor with free InBody body-composition scans.
Citywide.TV covered all three days. Highlights included a Pivotal BlackFly single-seat electric aircraft flown by Heather Chirtea, RobotLAB Bethesda’s Pepper humanoid robot, a mobile DC fast charger from Blue Whale EV built with Lincoln Electric, a Tesla Owners of Maryland display and an evening Tesla light show, plus local makers, fitness studios and food vendors. Sponsors listed on the event’s sponsor wall included LifeMed Institute, the Town of Ocean City, Pohanka Automotive Group of Salisbury, Schell Brothers, Quest Diagnostics, TidalHealth, Volvo Cars Annapolis and the OCMD Chamber.
The show is aimed at families, business owners and anyone curious about where transportation, health and home technology are heading, with hands-on exhibits rather than a trade-only format.
