Kaufman Rossin is a Miami-based accounting and advisory firm. It describes itself as the largest independent CPA firm headquartered in Florida, with more than 700 professionals. Since 1962 it has provided audit, tax, advisory and consulting services to businesses, institutions and individuals.

Its services include assurance and audit, tax, accounting, forensic advisory, business valuation, risk advisory, cybersecurity, business consulting, digital transformation, transaction advisory, employee benefit plan audits and family office services. The firm also has affiliated businesses, including Kaufman Rossin Wealth and Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services. It is a member of Praxity, a global alliance of independent firms.

Its clients include banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and private equity firms, construction, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, technology and retail companies, law firms, nonprofits, public companies and private clients.

Kaufman Rossin is headquartered on Mary Street in Coconut Grove. It moved there in 2020 after leasing about 65,000 square feet, a roughly 10,000-square-foot expansion. It also has South Florida offices in Fort Lauderdale (One Financial Plaza), Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens. Outside Florida it has an office in New York, and it has international operations in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Ivory Coast.

The firm changed leaders in 2026. In February 2026 its partners elected Marc Feigelson, CPA, as the next CEO, effective June 1, 2026. Feigelson has been with the firm for nearly three decades and had served as chief financial officer since 2022. He succeeded Blain Heckaman, CPA, who had led the firm as CEO since June 2012. In announcing the change, Feigelson said the firm’s independence “allows us to stay accountable to our clients and people, not outside investors.”
