Pipeline Workspaces

Pipeline Workspaces is a Miami-founded operator of membership-based shared offices. It describes its spaces as “high-design” workspaces for entrepreneurs, startups, independent professionals, small businesses and larger company teams. Memberships cover private offices, dedicated desks, flexible coworking and virtual offices.

Members get 24/7 access, wired and Wi-Fi internet, ergonomic furniture, receptionist services, business centers, conference rooms with video-conferencing, color printing, and coffee and other beverages. Pipeline sells memberships in four categories: Small Businesses, Enterprise, Education and Space On-Demand. Its locations also host member and community events.

The company opened its Brickell space in 2012. It now occupies the eighth floor of the South Tower at 1101 Brickell Avenue, overlooking Biscayne Bay. It expanded to Coral Gables (95 Merrick Way) and Doral (8400 NW 36th Street), then to Philadelphia. In 2016 it opened its fifth location, a full floor of One Financial Plaza in downtown Fort Lauderdale. That space was designed by Gensler with a nautical theme drawn from the city’s waterways. Pipeline has since added Tampa and Orlando, for seven locations in Florida and Pennsylvania. All four South Florida locations list 24/7 access.

Pipeline was co-founded by Philippe Houdard and Todd Oretsky. Houdard is CEO. He previously founded and ran SkyBank Financial and serves on the board of the Miami Downtown Development Authority. He also founded the Developing Minds Foundation, which supports schools in areas affected by conflict and poverty. He holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a business degree from the University of Florida.
