Viking Crew

Viking Crew is a maritime crew recruitment and crewing company with an office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is part of Viking Maritime Group, which was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Dover, England.

The company recruits crew for yachts and cruise ships and handles the paperwork around them: employment administration, onboarding and manning, crew travel, payroll for foreign-flagged vessels and HR support. The wider group also runs the Maritime Skills Academy, with training centers in Dover and Portsmouth, and operates in the United Kingdom, the USA, New Zealand and the Philippines.

Viking opened its Fort Lauderdale office in April 2018 to serve the yachting hub on this side of the Atlantic. At the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Viking has sponsored the US Superyacht Association pavilion and hosted crew events there, including a table-setting challenge for stewardesses, and it sponsors and co-hosts crew nights through show week.
