Las Vegas — At most CES booths you watch a demo. At bHaptics, you put it on. When Citywide.TV filmed the Korean company’s bright-yellow booth at CES 2025, staff were strapping visitors into haptic vests and gloves, handing them a VR headset and letting them feel what happened on screen. The sign over the counter said “Head Up. Game On.”

What we saw at the booth

The demo went in stages. A staffer helped each visitor into a vest, then fitted gloves with a small module on the back of each wrist. With the headset on, visitors reached for objects on screen (a robotic arm, a glowing energy orb, a virtual cat) while the vest and gloves buzzed in time. Staff T-shirts listed the product line on the back: TactSuit, TactGlove, TactVisor.

bHaptics brought its newest vests, the TactSuit Pro and TactSuit Air, launched two months earlier, plus the TactSleeve arm bands and TactGlove (The Outer Haven). Gizmodo put the TactSuit Pro on its Best of CES 2025 list.

What it costs

The TactSuit Pro has 32 haptic points and launched at $499.99 with up to 13.5 hours of battery; the lighter TactSuit Air has 16 points and launched at $250, and TactSleeves are $200 a pair (UploadVR). bHaptics’ own store lists the Pro at $565 today. At launch, the company said the vests worked with Meta Quest, PC VR and PlayStation VR2, with more than 100 supported titles on Quest and more than 200 on PC VR.

What came next: haptics beyond VR

By CES 2026, bHaptics’ pitch had widened. It showed the vests alongside a TactVisor, a haptic seat still in development and an Audio-to-Haptics mode that turns sound from sim racing, PC games and home theater into vibration, and said it aims to go mainstream by 2027 (TechTimes). In June 2026 at AWE, it debuted the TactGlove DK3: eight haptic points per hand for $385 a pair. UploadVR liked the hardware but counted only 11 supported apps, the gap the company has to close.

bHaptics was founded in 2015 and won a CES Innovation Award for the TactSuit X40 in 2021 (bHaptics). It is on the CES 2027 exhibitor list. Our expectation, not an announcement: watch for more app support for the gloves and more haptics for gamers who don’t own a VR headset.
