Brownie's Marine Group

Brownie’s Marine Group is a publicly traded marine products company based in Davie, Florida, in Broward County. It trades on the OTC market under the ticker BWMG.

The company describes its business as spanning dive systems, breathing equipment and water sports. Its brand family includes Brownie’s Third Lung surface-supplied diving systems, along with BLU3, Spare Air, Bright Weights, LW Americas, Live Blue, SeaNXT Americas, JayKay USA and Awake.

That mix puts Brownie’s products in the world of yachts and tenders, where dive gear and water toys go along for owners and guests. The group has shown its products at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for years; in a company release, CEO Chris Constable called the show “an integral part of connecting the Brownie’s lines of product with the yachting and boating communities.”

Citywide.TV lists Brownie’s among the suppliers with a presence during Fort Lauderdale boat show week.
