Endeavor Miami Endeavor Miami

Endeavor Miami is the Miami affiliate of Endeavor, a global nonprofit that selects and supports founders of fast-growing companies. It opened in 2013 with Knight Foundation funding and was Endeavor’s first affiliate in the United States.

Endeavor does not invest like an accelerator. It selects founders it considers “high-impact” through a multi-stage review that ends at a selection panel. Founders who are chosen join the global Endeavor network, which gives them access to mentors, investors and other founders across the organization’s markets. Endeavor Miami also runs EndeavorLAB, a cohort program for earlier-stage companies. It says it has supported more than 270 companies through its programs.

Its entrepreneurs are mostly technology founders based in South Florida or growing there. Many run companies with ties to Latin America. Claudia Duran is managing director of Endeavor Miami and Endeavor’s regional managing director for North America.

Recent news: On April 22, 2026, Endeavor Miami held the Endeavor Summit 2026 in Miami Beach, with more than 80 entrepreneurs from 30 countries. The theme was that major companies are increasingly built outside traditional tech hubs. In May 2026, Endeavor named two Miami companies to its 2026 Endeavor Outliers cohort. One is Félix, which offers cross-border money transfers over WhatsApp. The other is Skyloom, which builds laser communication terminals for satellites. Other founders selected in 2026 include the teams behind Bankuish, Gail and Koywe, plus Picsart founder Hovhannes Avoyan. In February 2026, Endeavor Miami announced a collaboration with Microsoft for Startups.
