OneWater Marine Inc. is a recreational boat retailer headquartered in Buford, Georgia, on Lake Lanier. It is publicly traded on the Nasdaq under the ticker ONEW and runs a large network of boat dealerships across the United States, including locations in Florida.
The company sells new and pre-owned boats alongside finance and insurance products, parts and accessories, and maintenance and repair services. It reports about 90 retail locations, six distribution centers and warehouses, and several online marketplaces across 17 states. OneWater traces its roots to Singleton Marine, which the Singleton family founded in 1987 and which merged with Legendary Marine in 2014 to form OneWater Marine. P. Austin Singleton is founder and executive chairman, Anthony Aisquith is chief executive officer, and Jack Ezzell is chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
OneWater bought Fort Lauderdale yacht brokerage Denison Yachting in 2022 and merged it with OneWater Yacht Group in 2025. On September 9, 2026, it announced an agreement under which Gulf-based OceanWorld Group will acquire a majority ownership interest in Denison, with OneWater staying invested; the company said the deal fits its portfolio optimization strategy, and closing is expected before the end of 2026.
