The Wharf Fort Lauderdale
The Wharf Fort Lauderdale is an open-air waterfront bar and event venue on the New River at 20 W Las Olas Blvd in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It opened in November 2019 on more than an acre of riverfront and is operated by Breakwater Hospitality Group, co-founded by Emi Guerra and Alex Mantecon.
The venue mixes live DJs and music, craft cocktails and rotating food vendors. At opening it had more than 20 bar stations, a 6,000-square-foot tent and seating for more than 600 guests. After a renovation it reopened in October 2024 with new tile work, bar tops, awnings and yard games, plus The O Ship Bar serving mojitos and Wharf Espresso Martinis. Food partners have included Carlos & Pepe’s, Janken’s, Smashies and The Piefather.
The Wharf runs themed events through the year and books private events, from corporate gatherings and brand activations to birthdays and holiday parties. During Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show week it hosts a Captains & Crew Appreciation Party for the yachting industry.
