Named for the year Palm Beach County was founded, 1909 is a nonprofit coworking hub, accelerator, and mentorship platform for entrepreneurs and creatives, operating since 2018 from downtown West Palm Beach's historic Comeau Building on Clematis Street. The organization has supported more than 1,000 members and is credited with tens of millions of dollars in local economic impact.
