Venture X West Palm Beach - CityPlace

Venture X West Palm Beach is a coworking and flexible office center at the south end of CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. It remains open. The mixed-use district around it has changed names several times. Related Companies renamed CityPlace “Rosemary Square” in 2019 as part of a planned $550 million redevelopment, and later branded it “The Square.” On May 1, 2024, the district went back to its original name, CityPlace.

The center sells private offices, dedicated desks, day offices and day passes, community memberships, meeting rooms, event space, and virtual office and business-address plans. Members get 24/7 access, secured high-speed internet, reception services, a café and coffee bar, phone booths, conference rooms, a community lounge and regular member events. Membership also gives access to the wider Venture X network.

It serves freelancers, startups, small businesses, remote employees of larger companies, and firms that need a downtown West Palm Beach address or meeting space without a traditional lease.

The location was announced in April 2018 and held its grand opening on October 30, 2018. It occupies second-floor space at 700 S. Rosemary Avenue, with about 12,500 square feet of shared workspace and private offices plus room to expand. At opening it was run by franchisee Dale Hedrick, founder and president of Hedrick Brothers Construction.

Venture X started franchising in 2016 and has more than 75 locations. The brand belongs to Vast Coworking Group, which is headquartered in West Palm Beach and also owns Office Evolution and Intelligent Office. In March 2026, private equity firm New State Capital Partners bought Vast from United Franchise Group. Vast said it had more than 200 locations and about 70,000 members at the time, and CEO Jason Anderson continues to lead the company.
